The Dupps Way: Our Culture in Action

For over 90 years, The Dupps Company has been the global leader in providing high-quality rendering equipment, service, and support that the animal byproducts and protein recycling industry relies on.

Behind every great company is a great culture. Here at Dupps, we’re driven every day by our company philosophy, which we call The Dupps Way.

What is The Dupps Way?
The Dupps Way guides how we work, lead, and support one another and our customers. As the company continues to grow, upholding The Dupps Way reflects our dedication to the culture, values, and people-first mindset that have defined Dupps for generations.

The Dupps Way is built on four key pillars:

Respect: How people treat one another is fundamental to our culture. Regardless of role or title, we believe in communicating professionally, giving honest and constructive feedback, and ensuring our team feels heard and valued.

Appreciation: At Dupps, we value each employee's contributions as a key to our success. That means recognizing wins, celebrating employee milestones, and making sure our team always knows their work matters.

Many of our employees have been with Dupps for 20 years or more. For some families, working at Dupps has become a multi-generational tradition. Siblings, parents, and other relatives work together side-by-side, reflecting the strong family culture that defines The Dupps Way.

Connection: As Dupps grows in size and global impact, we continue to encourage collaboration across locations and departments. This ensures our employees around the world feel connected to not only one another, but to the larger organization.

Connections happen inside and outside of the workplace. Longstanding traditions like our annual Steak Fry cookout and fun summer family outings reinforce the family-oriented environment Dupps is known for.

Accountability: In everything we do, we focus on clear expectations, building trust, and continuous improvement.

One way we build a culture of accountability and open communication is through our quarterly town hall meetings. Team members have a chance to ask questions and submit anonymous surveys. Leadership then uses that feedback to model the way, make meaningful improvements, and guide the organization forward.
