Matt Dupps

As Principal Owner and Director of Logistics since 2020, Matt is responsible for coordinating international logistics, rail and ocean freight, and heavy haul trucking and has spent much of his career managing the shipping and receiving department. 

Matt joined the company in 1991 traveling with the Dupps field service and construction departments. In the mid-90’s he began working in the shipping and receiving department and it was there that he found a passion for warehousing and logistics. He was promoted to Warehouse Manager where he spent the next eight years before being asked to lead a team to explore diversification opportunities outside of rendering. During that time, he researched the self-storage industry, eventually finding property for Dupps to acquire to build a self-storage facility. Matt has been instrumental in assuring that Dupps is always well-stocked with critical inventory and maintaining on-time shipping performance.
