Ken Thomas

In his current role as Director, Ken is responsible for leading the Sunrise USA & Universal Maintenance USA businesses, Organizational & Leadership Development, and Corporate Marketing.

Ken has been with Dupps for nine years, and has spent his entire career in industrial manufacturing & processing – spending twenty-two years with Alcoa and Union Carbide/Dow, before switching to family-owned, multi-generational companies during the past nineteen years. Ken has held a wide variety of leadership, commercial and technical positions from: officer & general management to strategic planning, marketing, product management, and new product development, to technical sales, and environmental compliance. Ken holds a BSChE with a minor in Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
