In his current role as Director, Ken is responsible for Business Development, Corporate Marketing, and Organizational & Leadership Development.
Ken joined Dupps in 2015 and has spent his entire career in industrial manufacturing & processing – spending 20+ years with Alcoa and Union Carbide/Dow, before switching to family-owned, multi-generational companies during the past 20 years. Ken has held a wide variety of leadership, commercial and technical positions from: officer & general management to strategic planning, acquisitions evaluation, integration and management, to marketing, product management, and new product development, as well as technical sales, and environmental compliance. Ken holds a BSChE with a minor in Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
