Jack recently transitioned into a new role as Director of International Sales. In his new role he’ll be responsible for growing Dupps global presence. Prior to this, Jack was the Human Resources Director. In that role, he was responsible for developing and implementing Dupps’ culture and human resource initiatives, and overseeing the addition and onboarding more than 120 new employees in the past three years alone.
Jack has been with Dupps full time for four years but has been working on and off at Dupps since he was sixteen. He is part of the 5th generation of the Dupps family to work in the business. Jack has an undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management both from the University of Cincinnati. Before returning to Dupps, Jack worked in Human Resources roles in the Automotive and Insurance industries. He has over 8 years of experience covering a wide range of fields including Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Employment Law, and Human Resources Analytics.
