Food Waste Depackaging
The Dupps Food Waste Depackaging System separates organic from non-organic materials, including packaging materials such as plastics and paper. It's ideal for turning food processing, supermarket and restaurant waste streams—and any other food items suitable for recycling—into profitable, value-added product.
• A heavy-duty shredder and a specially designed screw press processes waste food and packaging, separating the non-organic solids from viscous food waste.
• A washing drum cleans fats and other organic material from removed packaging.
• The Dupps Food Waste Depackaging system provides feed stock capacity up to 350 cubic feet per hour, depending upon material composition, all in a compact, easy-maintenance design.
